Retail Nutrition Service Workers performs variety of food service assignments in the preparation and service of customer meals in the cafeteria, coffee shop and catering setting. This position is largely responsible for the quality of food and service to our customers.

40% Time Spent - Operates cash register and complies with cash handling procedures.
30% Time Spent - Assists in the preparation and service of mealsServes non-patient meals in the cafeteria.
20% Time Spent - Participates in dish room and cleaning procedures. Cleans and maintains equipment and work area
10% Time Spent - ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Records department statistics and other information.
Assists with organizing and putting away department inventory and supplies - putting away stock
Participates in department meetings and councils.
Assists with other areas of responsibility in the absence of Manager/Coordinators or as assigned.
